Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your case, the first thing to do is contact us at 

We aim to get back to you within 24 hours (this may take longer during busy periods).

Unfortunately we may not offer you a refund or exchange if you make a mistake with your order e.g. ordering the wrong model of case. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we can replace it (exact item). In the event that the product has a fault, just contact us or return it to us at your own expense within 7 days of receiving it. Once we verify that the product is faulty we may offer to reproduce and resend your order free of charge.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject your refund or exchange request.
